If the Flexible New Deal Ombudsman ever exists in the future and doesn’t rule in your favour (regardless of if the Flexible New Deal Ombudsman has any power or not to enforce decisions) you will not be able to ask for another opinion as the Flexible New Deal Ombudsman will be the last resort and the Flexible New Deal Ombudsman’s decision would be final.
